Lecture on “the Europass decision”
William O’Keeffe is a Policy Officer at the DG Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion at the European Commission. He has experience in policy development in the areas of education, training and employment. He is currently working on lifelong guidance policy and initiatives on use of technology and digitalisation within education, including Europass. He works on the area of transversal skills including entrepreneurship and digital skills. William is on secondment from the Irish Department of Education where he worked on international education and learning mobility.
